Getting there...

EXERCISE: 2 miles (treadmill) 29 minutes

I ran again. Two miles. Technically, I only ran 1 1/2 miles, but I always count my warm up and cool down in my total distance. I plan to increase my distance by half a mile every week until I'm running 3 1/2 to 4 miles three times a week. Then I'll start working on speed work and hills. I wanted to run outside today. It is beautiful (and that doesn't happen in January in Pennsylvania). But, alas, my son is sick. Which means no Kindergarten. Which means no alone time. So, I ran on the treadmill while he played video games on my bed. I'll take what I can get.
